By accessing or using EscrowClass, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our website, platform, and services. If you do not agree, you may not use EscrowClass.

Platform Services

EscrowClass acts as a neutral third-party escrow platform that holds funds securely until both buyer and seller fulfill the agreed terms. We are not a party to the transaction contract between users.

We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of products or services exchanged between users. Our role is to facilitate secure payment handling and dispute resolution.

Fees

EscrowClass charges a service fee for each transaction, as disclosed upfront during the transaction process. By using our services, you agree to pay these fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree to cooperate with EscrowClass in providing evidence and documentation. EscrowClass will review all submitted materials and make a final decision in good faith. Our dispute resolution decision is binding.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

❌ Attempting to bypass the escrow process to avoid fees.
❌ Using the platform for illegal, prohibited, or fraudulent transactions.
❌ Sharing false or misleading information.
❌ Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threats against other users or staff.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Termination

EscrowClass reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or compromises the integrity of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

EscrowClass is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to EscrowClass in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
