Payment Policy – EscrowClass
How are payments processed?
All payments on EscrowClass are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, NOWPayments, or others integrated with our platform. Your payment details are encrypted and handled directly by these gateways. EscrowClass does not store your complete credit card, debit card, or cryptocurrency wallet information on its servers.
When are funds held and released?
When a buyer initiates a transaction, the funds are held securely in escrow until both parties meet their obligations under the agreed transaction terms. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt of the product or service, or after a dispute resolution is finalized in favor of the seller.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds may be issued in accordance with EscrowClass's dispute resolution process. If both buyer and seller agree to cancel a transaction before completion, or if a dispute is resolved in favor of the buyer, funds will be refunded back to the buyer’s original payment method, subject to any applicable processing fees.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and method used.
Transaction fees
EscrowClass may charge a service fee or escrow fee for each transaction. Fees are disclosed upfront during the transaction process and are deducted automatically from the transaction amount or added as a separate charge. By using EscrowClass, you agree to pay these applicable fees.
Chargebacks and reversals
In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal initiated by a user through their bank or payment provider, EscrowClass reserves the right to suspend the user’s account, hold related funds, or recover the disputed amount, as necessary, to protect the integrity of the platform and other users.
Currency and payment methods
All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at the time of payment. EscrowClass supports multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and selected cryptocurrencies, depending on the user’s location and transaction type.

We may update this Payment Policy as needed to reflect changes in our payment systems, fees, or business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page.
